How do I delete my account?

You can cancel your subscription and close your account from your billing preferences. Go to "Manage" -> "Account" -> "Subscription" and click on "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page.

Important: cancellation takes effect immediately. Your account and all of its data — leads, lists, call history, recordings — are deleted at the moment you cancel. Access does not continue until the end of the billing period.

Before you cancel, make sure to export anything you want to keep (leads can be exported from each list, and call data from the reports section).

Refunds

If you cancel shortly after a renewal charge, contact us via the messenger after cancelling and we'll review a refund of the unused period on a case-by-case basis.
