Dialler Not Initializing

Dialler does not go from Initializing to Connected

When starting up the dialler for the first time, you may have an issue where the dialler stays on 'Initializing VOIP connection', and the buttons are greyed out.

This happens because the browser has blocked the microphone from being enabled.

To resolve this, you need to enable the microphone on your browser. You can do this by clicking on the lock icon and next to the URL click the drop-down and select Allow. You'll then need to reload the page, and the dialler will then go to Connected status.

Note in this article we have used Google Chrome.
