Myphoner offers two distinct login strategies for your convenience - Single Sign-On (SSO) via Google or Microsoft, and the traditional email and password combination. It's essential to use the login strategy associated with your account. If you're unsure about your login strategy, follow the guide below to troubleshoot your access:

Utilizing Single Sign-On (SSO):

  1. Attempt SSO Login:

    • If you suspect you may be using SSO, try logging in with your Google or Microsoft account.

    • Upon attempting an SSO login, if Google or Microsoft prompts you to authorize Myphoner, it indicates that you haven't authorized it previously for SSO login. In this scenario, SSO login won't be possible unless Myphoner is authorized.

    • If you have authorized Google or Microsoft before, but not specifically for Myphoner login, an error message stating "SSO not connected" will appear. Proceed to the email and password login strategy in such cases.

Utilizing Email and Password:

  1. Direct Login Attempt:

    • Initially, attempt logging in with your email and password combination.

    • If you've forgotten your password, utilize the 'Forgot Password' functionality to reset it.

  2. Accessing Account Subdomain:

    • Unlike SSO, email login isn't accessible directly from our main page (www.myphoner.com).

    • Await an email containing a link to your account subdomain, then proceed to login there.

    • For a smoother login process in the future, we recommend bookmarking your account subdomain and accessing Myphoner directly through it.

Troubleshooting Login Issues:

If you encounter difficulties with both login strategies, or don't receive any emails from Myphoner during the login or password reset process (ensure to check your spam folder), feel free to contact our support team for further assistance.
