To protect our reputation with our carriers, we block calling the same number more than 3 times within 60 seconds. If you keep calling the same number in a short time span, the dialer will block you, saying "Error: max consecutive calls for phone number reached".

If you see this message you need to hold your horses, move on and call another number and come back later.
