Setting up the Pipedrive integration
Myphoner's Pipedrive integration provides bidirectional synchronization between your Pipedrive CRM and Myphoner lists. You can import persons from Pipedrive, push lead updates and activities back, and keep both systems in sync via real-time webhooks.
Requirements: Pipedrive integration requires a plan that includes this feature.
1. Connect your Pipedrive account
There are two ways to connect Pipedrive accounts in Myphoner:
Connect your own Pipedrive account from Manage -> Settings -> Integrations.
Connect (multiple) client-held Pipedrive accounts (requires the Premium plan) from Manage -> Clients -> edit client.
Click "Connect" under Pipedrive and follow the instructions to authorize Myphoner access to your Pipedrive account.
Connecting your own Pipedrive account from Myphoner settings
Connecting clients' Pipedrive accounts from the Client management section
2. Enable the integration on a list
Go to Manage -> Lists -> select list -> Pipedrive tab to configure the integration for that list.
Configure and enable the Pipedrive integration from the Myphoner list configuration section.
Sync direction
Choose how data flows between Myphoner and Pipedrive:
Pipedrive -> Myphoner -- Import persons from Pipedrive into this list. Filter using any saved Pipedrive filter (created in your Pipedrive account). Use "Refresh filters" to see the latest saved filters.
Myphoner -> Pipedrive -- Push lead data and activities from Myphoner to Pipedrive. Configure what gets created in Pipedrive:
Persons -- create or update Pipedrive persons from Myphoner leads
Organizations -- optionally create associated organizations
Deals -- optionally create deals in a specific pipeline with a default stage
Both directions -- Enable bidirectional sync for two-way updates.
Real-time updates (webhooks)
Pipedrive webhooks are optional. Enable "Real-time updates" to receive instant notifications when records change in Pipedrive. Without webhooks enabled, changes in Pipedrive are picked up during the next scheduled sync.
Pipeline stage automation
When deal creation is enabled, Myphoner automatically creates a special column on your list that maps to your Pipedrive pipeline stages. As deal stages change in either system, the other stays in sync. This lets your agents update deal progress directly from Myphoner without switching to Pipedrive.
Import behavior
When importing persons from Pipedrive, choose how duplicates are handled:
Match and merge -- Match by email, merge field values if found, create new if not.
Match and skip -- Match by email, skip if found, create new if not.
Always create -- Create a new lead regardless of duplicates.
Activity sync
Enable activity sync to push Myphoner activities to Pipedrive:
Calls, emails, SMS, and dispositions are logged as Pipedrive activities.
Pipedrive supports a wider range of activity types than some other CRMs, including call, email, note, task, lunch, meeting, and more.
3. Configure field mappings
Go to the Field Mappings tab to control how data maps between Myphoner columns and Pipedrive properties.
Checking integration mappings from the List configuration section
Myphoner auto-detects matching fields on initial setup. Phone and email fields are mapped automatically. For each mapping, choose a sync direction:
Bidirectional -- Changes sync both ways.
CRM priority -- Pipedrive values always overwrite Myphoner.
Myphoner priority -- Myphoner values always overwrite Pipedrive.
Disabled -- No sync for this field.
Field mappings cover three object types: Persons, Organizations, and Deals. Use the "Refresh fields" button if you add new properties in Pipedrive.
4. Configure user mappings
Go to the User Mappings tab to map Myphoner agents to Pipedrive users. This ensures activities and ownership are attributed correctly in both systems.
Myphoner auto-maps users by matching email addresses and names. Use "Refresh users" to sync the latest Pipedrive user list.
5. Configure activity mappings
Go to the Activity Mappings tab to control which Myphoner events create activities in Pipedrive:
Calls -> Pipedrive calls
Emails sent/replied -> Pipedrive emails
Dispositions, SMS, and other events -> Pipedrive notes
Pipedrive supports more activity types than some other CRMs. You can map Myphoner events to any Pipedrive activity type, including call, email, note, task, lunch, meeting, and others. Use "Refresh activity types" to sync available Pipedrive activity types.
6. Monitor sync status
The sync status header shows:
Connection status -- which Pipedrive account is connected.
Sync direction indicator -- one-way or two-way.
Last sync time -- when the most recent sync completed.
Sync now button -- trigger a manual sync at any time.
The Sync logs tab shows the history of sync operations with counts of imported, updated, and skipped records.
