Connects are the opposite of Attempts. It's mentioned in our reports, being defined as "Calls leading to winner, loser or non-conclusive conversations".
As Myphoner allow third party phones for dialling, we also have a few options on how to best measure connected calls. The primary factor is how we calculate "non-conclusive conversations", meaning calls where a conversation took place, but the lead was not won nor lost. You'll find the settings for non-conclusive conversations under Manage -> Settings -> Reports.
We always assume a conversation took place if the lead is either won or lost.
