How to Track Time using Myphoner

Myphoner helps agents track time easily using a combination of automated and manual tracking.

Automated Time Tracking

This type of time tracking happens when an agent makes calls, Myphoner tracks the pre-call, incall and post-call times. The tracking will automatically start when a lead is opened and continue until the agent works on their last lead.

Idle Time Notification

If an agent is idle for a certain amount of time a model will pop up asking the agent if the timer should still be running or not. The agent will then have the following options:

  • Delete - delete the timer, discarding the recorded time.

  • Dismiss - dismiss this warning and let the timer run.

  • Edit - edit the timer and continue to run it with the adjusted time.

Remember, this can be enabled or disabled by the manager.

To edit a timer:

  1. Click on Edit Timer

  2. The model will show the full time minus the idle time, simply click Update Timer to remove the idle time or you can edit the time further as needed.

Manual Time Tracking

Manual time tracking makes it easy for agents to track what they are doing on and off Myphoner. To manual add time simply:

  1. Click on the Clock button.

  2. Click on the + sign.

  3. Add the name of the entry.

  4. Input the time that lapsed.

  5. Click Start Timer.

Once the agent has saved the timer they can view and edit it.

Tip: If you don't add a time and just hit start timer, It will start a timer that you'll be able to see at the top of the page:

Editing a Timer

You can manually edit any timer within Myphoner, and to do so is rather simple; start by going to Time tracking and then follow the steps below:

  1. Find the timer you want to edit and select the edit button.

  2. You can then edit the name, time and then click Update Timer.

  3. To delete a time tracking event simply click Delete.

Remember, this can be enabled or disabled by the manager.
