Myphoner can forward inbound calls — for example callbacks to your Myphoner number — to an external phone, such as your mobile. This is done with the Direct Call action in a Call Flow.
Forwarding to external numbers requires activation by our team. You'll find the Direct Call action in the Call Flow editor, but it won't route calls to external numbers until it has been enabled on your account — there's a short account review involved.
How to get it enabled
Contact support via the messenger and mention your Myphoner account subdomain (the
yourcompanypart ofyourcompany.myphoner.com).Our team runs a quick review and enables external forwarding for your account.
Set up your Call Flow with a Direct Call action pointing at the external number, and assign the flow to your routed number.
Requirements
A routed number (virtual numbers can't receive inbound calls).
A plan with inbound calling (Plus or Premium).
Note that forwarded call minutes are billed against your VoIP balance like other calls.
