In Myphoner you can change the dispositions (action buttons) to suit your companies unique definitions. If you don't like to Call back; Winner; Loser, Archive or Skip you can change the terms!
How to Change Dispositions
Check out the video or go through the steps outlined below
Go to Manage > Account > Workflow settings, under Lead Actions.
Next to the specific action name you can remove the current and add your own.
Click Save to make the change.
Important to note:
The change is made account-wide for all users.
The action that is completed remains the same, thus when clicking the traditional green Winner button the lead will be marked as won & removed from the queue.
