Using Myphoner to send text messages is simpler than using your phone!
Sending a Message
When working on a lead, click the Text section next to email.
Type your message or click the message button & select a text template from the popup.
Click send; if there is more than one number, select the drop-down to choose which number to send the text to.
The activity log will update immediately and change from sent to delivered once it reaches the mobile device.
Note:
You or your manager needs first to integrate text messaging into Myphoner & you need to have text messaging enabled on your profile to use the feature.
