Find the Calling Setup That Fits Your Workflow

Myphoner works with several calling options -- from a fully integrated dialler to your existing phone. This guide helps you pick the right one.

Quick Decision Guide

Want the simplest start? Use your smartphone or an existing softphone. You can upgrade to Myphoner Voice or Twilio later without losing any data.

Want maximum calling features? Choose Myphoner Voice. It is the only option with call recording, voicemail drop, auto-dial, intelligent retry, and reputation monitoring built in.

Already using Twilio? Connect your existing Twilio account for a built-in webphone experience without switching providers.

Myphoner Voice

Myphoner Voice is the built-in VoIP dialler. It runs in your browser -- no software to install.

Choose this if:

  • You want call recording, voicemail drop, or auto-dial

  • You need inbound call routing with call groups and IVR menus

  • You want caller ID reputation monitoring and smart rotation

  • You prefer one vendor for both CRM and telephony

What it costs:

  • From EUR 27/month per dialler seat (does not include call minutes)

  • EUR 5/month per rented phone number (most countries)

  • Per-minute rates for connected calls (e.g. ~EUR 0.02/min for US destinations)

Twilio

Connect your own Twilio account and call through Myphoner's built-in webphone. Myphoner automatically configures TwiML apps and API keys -- no custom code needed.

Choose this if:

  • Your organization already uses Twilio

  • You want a browser-based dialler without switching telephony providers

  • You need both outbound and inbound calling through Twilio numbers

What it costs:

  • Billed directly by Twilio (Myphoner does not add a markup)

Smartphone (Myphoner Mobile)

Use your regular mobile phone to make calls while Myphoner manages your queue. Open Myphoner in your phone's browser, start working a list on your computer, and your phone prompts you when a new lead appears.

Choose this if:

  • You want the fastest possible setup with no extra cost

  • You already have a mobile plan with calling included

  • You prefer making calls from a phone rather than a computer

What it costs:

  • Nothing beyond your existing mobile plan

Softphone (Click-to-Dial)

If you already use a VoIP softphone like Bria, Zoiper, RingCentral, or Zoom Phone, Myphoner can trigger it when you click a phone number. The call is handled entirely by your softphone and VoIP provider.

Choose this if:

  • You have a VoIP provider and softphone you are happy with

  • You want to keep telephony separate from your CRM

  • Your organization already pays for RingCentral, Zoom Phone, or similar

What it costs:

  • Your existing VoIP provider rates

Can I Switch Later?

Yes. Your calling option is a preference setting -- changing it does not affect your leads, lists, or call history. You can start with your smartphone today and move to Myphoner Voice next month without losing anything.

Still Not Sure?

If you are evaluating Myphoner and want to try calling before committing to a telephony setup, start with Smartphone. It requires no configuration and lets you experience the queue and workflow immediately.

For the full list of dialler configuration options, see How Do I Activate the Dialler?.
